Restoring Full House

Full House is a single purchase. On a new phone or tablet, or after reinstalling, open Settings in the game and tap Restore on the Full House row. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with. On the App Store, Family Sharing lets the others in your family restore it the same way.

Where your houses are kept

Your houses save themselves as you build, on your device only. Nothing is sent anywhere, so deleting the app deletes them, unless your device's own backup kept a copy.

Refunds

Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds do too: on iPhone and iPad at reportaproblem.apple.com, and on Android through Google Play's order history. A house you've already built stays yours either way.
